I AM: a Retreat to Empower the Healer Within

Sunday June 27th | 9am-2pm

A 1-day retreat on Sunday June 27, 9am-2pm in the secluded hills of Jamul to cultivate clarity, explore expansion, and create heartfeld freedom. 

We gather in community to connect to ourselves and mother nature through breathwork, sound bath, cacao ceremony, and flower altar rituals. This day is curated to be much more than a restful retreat: this day is created to empower the magic that lives inside of you, awaken the healer that is available to you (hint: it's you), and connect you to your Self.
